Hotel Description

Guests choosing the Golf Residenza will combine the independence of a stay in apartment and the quietness of a unique setting, such as the 18-hole golf course “Golf Club Paradiso del Garda”. The rolling hills and the relaxing swimming pool are perfect elements of a wellbeing holiday.
Guests staying at the Golf Residenza can use the Resort’s facilities, including restaurants, bars and the wellness center; there is also a bread and milk delivery service and a minimarket for daily shopping.

Room Description

All apartments with a total of approx. 140 beds newly built offer en-suite facilities with shower, living room with double sofa bed, corner kitchen with 2/4 electric cooking plates and provided with crockery and cutlery, pots and pans, dining corner with table and chairs, fridge, sat.TV, safety deposit box (a deposit will be required for the key) and air conditioning (available during summer months and at Management's discretion).

F2 - One-room apartment (mono), approx. 28-29 sq.mts, welcomes up to 2 pax

F4 - Two-room apartment (bilo), approx. 29-40 sq.mts, with one double bedroom for an occupancy of max. 4 people

F6 - Three-room apartment (trilo), approx. 49-53 sq.mts, with one double bedroom and one twin bedroom for max. 6 guests

Hotel Policies 

DEPOSIT
 We do not require any deposit.
In order to definitely book we need a valid credit card number with expiration date and holder's name as a guarantee. We will not charge any amount, excluding a cancellation penalty below indicated, and you will pay your stay at check out - we do not accept checks, we do accept all major credit cards, both for the booking and for the payment on resort (for a minimum amount of € 50).
Not all prepaid credit/debit cards are accepted, for further information we kindly ask you to contact directly the hotel before the arrival.
   
CANCELLATIONS AND CANCELLATION FEES
 Unless elsewise specified for the tariff, the cancellation of a reservation within 7 days before arrival and the no-show foresee the charge of the first night.
In case of delayed arrival or earlier departure a maximum of 3 nights will be charged.
